I was approached by SKINN’s creative team to bring motion into their wonderful rebrand of the city of Genk, Belgium.
Inspired by the city’s coal mining past and its raw, colourful, yet warm identity, I developed a rough, choppy animation base combined with smoother, layered and more playful movements that would be used throughout several contexts.
